Document Screening 📌
We review your fit for the role based on the experience in your application.
There is no required application format. Feel free to write in a way that best shows your experience, capabilities, and the results you've achieved.
When describing your career or projects, rather than simply listing tasks, tell us what role you played, how you solved problems, and what changes or results you created. If any results can be expressed in numbers, please include them.
If you have a portfolio or career description that shows your capabilities, please submit it as well. For some roles, such as design and video, a portfolio may be required.
Rather than judging only by career or credentials, ONNURI i KOREA looks at your understanding of the role, depth of experience, fit with the position, and potential to grow with us.
Screening results are shared individually with successful candidates only.
In-person Interview ✔️
We get to know each other's experience and how we approach and solve problems.
Candidates who pass document screening take an aptitude test and an interview.
Interviews are held in person at our Gangnam office, and may be one-on-one or panel interviews depending on the role.
Based on your application, we talk in more depth about the work and roles you've had, how you solved problems, how you collaborate, and your job skills.
Rather than giving the 'right' answer, it's best to explain what you actually experienced honestly and specifically — especially why you made certain judgments, what criteria you used, and what you learned.
The interview is a chance for us to evaluate you, and for you to get to know ONNURI i KOREA and the role. Feel free to ask anything about the work or the organization.
Additional interviews or assignments may be held depending on the role, and we'll let you know in advance if needed.
Aptitude Test ✨
Rather than only grading answers, we look at the strengths in how you think.
The aptitude test is not a pass/fail exam, but a way to understand where your strengths lie.
It covers verbal, reasoning, data interpretation, and numerical sections, each solved within a given time limit.
Instead of testing specialized or job knowledge, it shows strengths such as comprehension, logical thinking, and analytical skills as you understand problems and analyze information.
The test is held at our office on the same day as the interview, and we'll explain how it works and how long it takes at that time.
Results alone do not decide the outcome, so just come in and show your abilities naturally.
Offer Discussion 🤝
We align expectations and agree on concrete terms for working together.
Candidates we'd like to work with after the interview receive an offer discussion.
We consider your experience and skills, the role and responsibilities, and our internal standards, and discuss not only salary but also employment type, start date, and other details.
For some roles, we may propose a fixed contract period leading to full-time conversion; in that case, we'll explain the employment type, contract period, and conversion terms during the discussion.
If there's anything to discuss, such as your current compensation or availability, just let us know. We decide the final terms once both sides have fully confirmed each other's conditions and expectations.
Joining 🚀
With every step complete, your new journey at ONNURI i KOREA begins.
Once the offer is agreed, we'll share what's needed for your final hire and set your start date together.
After your hire is confirmed, our recruiter will guide you individually on your employment contract, required documents, first-day schedule, and preparation.
On your first day, you'll join a company-wide onboarding session on our company and business, followed by team introductions and new-hire training so you can understand each group's role and collaborate smoothly.
Rather than just expecting you to adapt quickly, we build the joining process together so you can fully understand the company and find your role.
